Prof. Vanier leads the ORAILIX team and oversees several strategic programs, including the "Trustworthy AI" Chair in partnership with Groupe Crédit Agricole, and the "AI and Optimization for Mobility" Chair in collaboration with Groupe SNCF. She also supervises the Advanced Computer Science Program for third-year students. Her research focuses on developing decision support tools for complex industrial problems, artificial intelligence (AI), operations research (OR), network optimization, and optimization under uncertainty. She is involved in hybrid approaches combining AI and OR to design ethical, secure, sustainable, and trustworthy AI systems. At CNRS, she leads the "Network Optimization" Working Group (GdT OR) and the "Networks, Energy, Services, and Transportation" research axis (REST) within the Operational Research and Decision Group (GDR ROD), where she serves on the scientific board.
